I've so enjoyed our online yoga classes, I love the sequences of movements, with so many variations to cater to all levels. I have seen myself improve on a lot of poses. I was unsure how online classes would work but your instructions were so clear and you helped individually as well. I think it also gave some people the confidence to try yoga for the first time in the comfort of their own homes!

Helen’s Parent/ Carer & baby yoga classes have been a lifeline for me with my 8 month old daughter. There are really useful pointers on how to use the yoga and stretches in everyday life. There is no pressure to join in, and I feel very comfortable to feed/change my baby whenever I need to. Helen is a sensitive, thoughtful and responsive teacher. I couldn't recommend her classes highly enough.

I’m very much a beginner when it comes to yoga. Previous attempts over the years I’ve felt out of my depth trying to keep up and/or trying not to fall over!
Helen’s class is perfect for me. The poses are slow and feel really amazing. I’m not very stretchy but the classes are always well paced and Helen creates such a lovely relaxed vibe, it’s impossible not to breathe that little bit deeper. I always leave the class feeling super fluffy and my work related lower back aches have greatly improved.

I truly look forward to class with Helen each week. I have practiced yoga with her during pregnancy & now I bring my little babe along to baby/carer lessons! She is kind, knowledgeable and I come away from classes feeling lighter and full of warmth.

The baby yoga class is a really lovely atmosphere and you and your baby are made completely welcome whatever they’re doing- feeding, crying, sleeping or getting involved! It’s a great space to meet other mums and babies whilst stretching and relaxing. My baby loves it and we do some of the exercises at home which she really enjoys!
I’ve been to pregnancy yoga and baby yoga classes with Helen and absolutely loved both. Pregnancy yoga was the highlight of my week when I was expecting. Helen is so warm and has a calm and generous energy which you can really feel when you practise with her. You feel really relaxed and looked after. I’ve been to yoga classes before where I’ve lost track of what’s going on, but Helen is really skilled at explaining what to do, why you’re doing it, and giving feedback on what you’re doing.
